Not sure where your roof stands? Whether you have noticed something that doesn’t look right, you are buying or selling a home, or you just want to know how much life is left before winter hits, a professional roof inspection gives you the honest answers you need before spending a dollar. At Roof Keepers every inspection is complimentary, thorough, and comes with zero pressure to move forward with any work.
Our roof inspections cover every component of your roofing system. We get on the roof, document everything with CompanyCam photos, and walk you through exactly what we find. Here is what we assess during every inspection:
Shingle condition including granule loss, cracking, curling, and any areas showing advanced deterioration that could lead to leaks.
Flashing integrity around chimneys, pipe boots, vents, and roof edges where water intrusion is most likely to begin.
Roof valleys and low slope areas where debris accumulates and moisture sits longest.
Fascia and soffit condition along the roofline for signs of rot, water damage, or pest intrusion.
Gutter condition and attachment while we are up there at no extra charge.
Attic ventilation assessment to identify moisture buildup, inadequate airflow, or insulation issues contributing to premature shingle wear.
Fargo’s climate is uniquely hard on roofs. Freeze-thaw cycles that repeat dozens of times between October and April, heavy snow loads, ice dams, and spring hail events create conditions where small problems become big ones fast. A roof that looks fine from the ground can have failing flashing, granule loss, or compromised pipe boots that are actively letting water in. The only way to know for certain is to get on the roof and look.
Most of the expensive roof repairs and premature replacements we see across West Fargo, Moorhead, Horace, and south Fargo neighborhoods could have been prevented or significantly reduced with an earlier inspection. We recommend getting your roof inspected at minimum once a year and immediately after any significant hail or wind event.

We had concerns about a slumping spot on our roof and they came out within a day to do an assessment that gave us peace of mind. They also did a fine job of clearing tree branches off the roof to prevent them from damaging shingles. Xander was great to work with. All in all a five star experience.Posted on Google Brad OlsonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Everyone was very professional.Posted on Google Scotti FriederichsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Last week our neighbor told us he could see our roof had a hole in it from his deck. Today I called Roof Keepers and Zac said he would send Zander out to tell us how bad the damage was - same day. Zander was awesome, gave us photos, great advice, and did an excellent job. We will be calling the Roof Keepers team for any future roofing needs. I think their maintenance package is also a really smart, affordable idea for any other homeowners that don't like getting on their roof. Better to get frequent inspections than get blindsided with a preventable issue that can cost you a ton in the future.Posted on Google Brian batesTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Had them patch a few shingles that took a few hits during a recent storm. They came out the next day after I called to inspect and they fixed it the very next day super easy to deal with. Would like to say that there are also very affordable. Would happily recommend them to anybodyPosted on Google Jenna CorbettTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a great experience with this roofing company. They came out promptly and performed a thorough, free hail inspection without any pressure or sales tactics. While they were on my roof, they also took the time to cover some exposed rusty nails that could have become a problem down the road. I really appreciated their honesty, professionalism, and attention to detail. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and the quality of their work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy roofing company.Verified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust.
